Your best self

Learn to run, improve your technique, and achieve all your goals. Our method, based on the VDOT system, allows us to understand your current fitness level and your body's technical needs in order to map out the simplest, most effective, and safest path to your objectives.

What is VDOT?

The method we use at Shift is known as the VDOT Method, which is based on the runner's intensity. Different paces are determined through a speed test, which is what makes each person have a personalized training program, and above all, one that is suitable for preventing injuries.

What personalized training looks like

It's a plan 100% tailored to your needs, goals, and conditions.
We will send you your weekly training, help you set goals and objectives, and be the motivation you are looking for.
We will take care of studying your physical condition, available space and time to train, and goals to achieve the best results in a safe and adaptable way.

What you can expect from your membership

In addition to your personalized plan, we want to make sure you have all the necessary tools that revolve around your goal.
When you register, you will receive a manual that explains in more detail how the VDOT method is structured and many other things about this sport.

Testimonials

I was never very athletic and I didn't like running. I set myself the challenge of one day running my first half marathon. I started from scratch and the idea of being part of a team intimidated me. Since joining Shift, I've felt supported throughout my journey and part of a community. Today (6 months later) I ran my first half marathon, happy and ready for more! - Luisa Guzmán
